Attic Insulation Touch Up
We measure your actual R-value, then top off thin and disturbed spots with borate-treated Clean Fiber cellulose to R-49–R-60. Most pre-1977 Spokane homes are sitting at R-11 — and utility rebates usually cover part of the upgrade.
Mold, Moisture & Smell Treatment
Hospital-grade, EPA-registered antimicrobial applied to framing, joists and roof sheathing — and we trace the moisture to its source. Treating mold without fixing the moisture is how you end up paying twice.
